Dental Financial Inc. is a Delaware corporation acting primarily as a marketer of dental services. We market and promote dental services through our online dentist database and network. As we develop our payments platform for the future, we will act as a payment intermediary in jurisdictions (states) where approved. We do facilitate payments by using a payment intermediary licensed in all 50 states. We offer a Dental Discount Program to Members who sign up and pay an annual fee, in jurisdictions where approved. The Dental Discount Program is a discount program where dentists in our network accept cash for payment in full at the time of services for a discount on those services. This allows dentists to forego the process of establishing a payment plan or dealing with collections and helps Members save on dental services that can be comparable to some dental insurance benefits (visit Why Dental Financial).
As a payment facilitator, we act as a facilitator of payments from Members who have accrued a cash value (above the annual membership fee) in their Dental Financial accounts, and dentists in our network. Prior to treatment, service providers swipe a Member’s discount card and enter the expected costs from the Member’s treatment plan. IF the cost of treatment exceeds the amount available for services, a notification is sent to the service provider and flagged for additional payment. After treatment, the Member swipes their discount card and enters their PIN after the indication of total amount is made known. The Member then closes out the transaction by agreeing to the amount and notification is sent directly to the service provider. Payment to the service provider is immediately initiated via our cryptocurrency platform or our payments API through ACH, depending which option is available or which one is selected by the service provider. To protect our Members, the discount card has no cash value and can only be used at service providers within the network of dentists. To help service providers, resolution of payment is processed immediately and typically is secured in their accounts within hours, or seconds with cryptocurrency. Dental Financial Inc is not a bank or a financial organization that provides banking services. The Membership card is not an ATM card, credit or debit card, or any other financial instrument other than Member identification for the purpose of payment on their behalf, from the the accounts that are held by the intermediary and for those we hold of Members. The intermediary service can be used concurrently with dental insurance for payment of Member’s balance owed while insurance claims are pending or initiated. We are not responsible for acceptance or denial of insurance claims and make no claim as an insurance company.
Dental Financial Inc. is not insurance, insurance provider, health service provider, or health professional. We offer the Dental Discount Program as a discount and savings program for Members to save on dental services provided by dentists in our directory, network and database. Not all service providers in the database or directory offer a discount. Members are responsible to check with their service provider(s) prior to receiving services to verify discount or savings benefits.

Membership Terms, Conditions, and Disclosures
This plan is not insurance. This is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Some services may be covered by qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L.c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. The plan provides discounts at participating providers for services. The plan does not make payments directly to providers unless authorized and approved by Members on their behalf for the cash value of its Member’s account balance, if allowed as an intermediary by jurisdiction. Notwithstanding any agreement between the service provider and Member, the plan Member is obligated to pay for all services provided to them and the discount rate only applies if paid in full at the time of services are rendered. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and services rendered. The Plan is not available in Alaska, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington states. You have the right to cancel this plan within 30 days after the effective date for a full refund LESS COSTS FOR ANY PORTION OF SERVICES RENDERED DURING 30-DAYS, INCLUDING ANY DISCOUNTED AMOUNT TO PROVIDER AND ACTUAL COSTS FOR ANY FREE OR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY DENTAL FINANCIAL OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER. IF COSTS EXCEED REFUND, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BALANCE DUE DENTAL FINANCIAL INC OR ANY PROVIDER. Such refund will be issued within 30 days of request.
The discount plan and program provides access to the Dental Financial, Inc.’s network and database. This network and database is administered by Dental Financial Inc. Database content available to the public does not constitute membership or participation in the discount plan and program and its is at the sole discretion of the service providers and dentists to provide a discount for services paid in full and in cash at the time of service. Providers of dental services listed on Dental Financial Inc’s database and network are responsible for disclosures, notices, and payment arrangements. Non-members who use the database are not entitled to any discounts or benefits. Dental Financial Inc is not responsible for the accuracy of the information in the database, including but not limited to information provided by dentists and providers contained in the database, any other third party information that is contained, rendered, or displayed that was provided both legally and illegally by hacking, administration, maintenance, or any other means, and information by Dental Financial Inc placed in error. Dental providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Dental Financial Inc. or its affiliates. Dental Financial Inc does not provide dental care or treatment and is not responsible for outcomes of services provided by Members of this Network.
